Only a local network fee or a mobile call fee determined by the caller's operator will be charged for a (029 56 or 050) phone call to any of the units within the administrative sector.
When calling from abroad, the price is determined by the local operator.

We recommend strong identification when calling the telephone service for enforcement matters. You can identify yourself strongly in the Suomi.fi service by a smartphone with an internet connection. If you are unable to identify yourself strongly, wait on the line and the identification will be carried out by the customer service representative by other means.

Register matters
Please notice, that criminal records extracts cannot be ordered by telephone.
On weekdays from 10 am to 1 pm. Exception: Legal Register Centre’s telephone service for private persons regarding register matters is closed on Thursday 13 February 2025 between 10 am – 1 pm due to a unit meeting.
