Legal Register Centre’s electronic services continue despite Corona epidemic
Legal Register Centre’s personnel is currently working remotely. We ask our clients to favor e-services when possible. Any other matters can be sent via e-mail. E-mails are monitored and tasks are handled in order of priority. There will most likely be delays in processing in comparison to normal working conditions.
It is possible to send applications to the Legal Register Centre via the judicial administration’s e-services’ electronic forms. The e-services can be accessed either by signing on to the system with personal online banking codes or via a mobile device. Another option is to use electronic forms provided by Suomi.fi which do not require identification.
The judicial administration’s e-services
Criminal records extracts can be applied via the judicial administration’s e-services. Only the criminal records extract for volunteering and the extract for abroad are excluded and can only be applied for by filling in the electronic form provided by the Suomi.fi portal. The application for payment time can also be sent via the Suomi.fi portal.
